Request total amount
Hello,
On rare occasions the option to "Request total" appears for the list of items from the same seller that I have in my shopping cart.
The thing is, the seller assures me that the only option to combine shipping costs is for me to send him that total amount request (invoice request). He has combined shipping enabled, but the option never appears for me.
Normally I’ve always ended up talking to the seller so he creates a new item with all the items, but in this case, the seller refuses to do it and insists that I "request the total amount".
He assures me that he has done it with other buyers from Spain without any problems, but the option still doesn’t show up for me.
Any ideas?

Thanks for your message. I understand that you can't see the Request Total option. I ask that you clear your browser's cookies and cache and follow these steps using the Full Site and not the eBay app.
Add the items to your shopping cart
Select Request total on the cart page
And the seller will receive the request and send you the invoice.

OP11 months agoIt's not a browser issue.
I've tried from my phone, from the PC with firefox, edge and chome, from the MAX with Safari and Opera... and nothing. In normal mode and in "private" mode (where neither cookies nor caches are saved).
Of course, I've also tried clearing cookies and cache in several browsers. Logging out and back in... but nothing
The "request total amount" option never appears for me
Any other ideas?
