Request more time for return or sending QR for return
Hi!! I need help, I made a return request for a product because what I bought doesn’t work, the seller accepted the return, it showed me to make the return before January 28, but I contacted the seller and he told me that it showed him I had until February 1, because the dates are important, I’m not from the United States and although I come occasionally, the date I could return to the country to make the return was today, January 31, so I went by what the seller told me, now that I went to USPS to make the return, the QR code or return label no longer appears and I get a message saying I have to confirm whether I sent the item by tomorrow at the latest, but how do I send it without the label, I’m trying to contact an EBAY agent in a thousand ways and it’s impossible, the seller says it still shows him that I have until tomorrow, February 1, to return it but I don’t know what to do anymore and it’s almost $100 that I don’t want to lose because of a misunderstanding.
