We would recommend, first of all, that you check with your bank to make sure that you completed that payment successfully.
If the purchase was completed with a registered eBay account, you can see it in the 'Purchases' section of your account. If, on the other hand, you bought that item as a guest and still haven't received it, you'll have buyer protection thanks to our eBay Customer Guarantee.
To locate a purchase made with a guest account, you simply need to click on the purchase confirmation email you received in your email inbox.
