Refund request closed by eBay

Good evening,

my refund request for not receiving the item has been closed, the reason they gave for closing the request is because I filed a payment dispute with the payment provider through which I made the payment, which was Pay Pal. They won't give me any more information.
Is there a free customer service phone number in Spain or an email address I can contact eBay at?

When a payment dispute is opened with the provider, such as PayPal, and there is simultaneously an open dispute with eBay, only one active dispute can be maintained per item. In this case, the most recent dispute, which is the PayPal one, takes priority, and that's why the refund request with eBay has been closed.

Unfortunately, once closed, the dispute with eBay cannot be reopened. I recommend continuing to work directly with PayPal, as they will be the ones to determine the outcome of your case. PayPal has its own processes for handling these situations and will guide you on the steps to follow.

For similar situations in the future, we suggest opening only the dispute with eBay from the start. This will allow us to help you directly and handle the case more efficiently.
