Hello, I just bought an item and the seller asked me for my RUT (identity card identification number). Is it normal for them to ask for that information? Do you have to provide your RUT so the seller can ship the item?

From what you say, we advise you to check with your local Customs office, as they should be able to help you clarify the possible costs for international shipments in your country.
