Hello. I received an email that seems like fraud to me. It says this
Dear customer:
We hereby inform you that we have not been able to deliver your eBay package eBay because your address is incomplete or incorrect.
In order to be able to deliver your package, we would appreciate it if you could kindly provide us with the following information:

Region:
References:
Phone:
Please send us the requested details as soon as possible so we can proceed with the delivery.
Note: If we do not receive a response from you within 24 to 48 hours, unfortunately, we will have to proceed with returning your package.
