I'm a seller, I received a return request

I received a return request because of an error in the buyer's product dimensions, since the listing correctly stated the dimensions. 22 days have passed since that request and the buyer still hasn't sent the product back. In the process, eBay marks that the buyer must send the product before June 2, the date has passed and everything is still the same, I have the money held and no product.
How long will it take eBay to close the return?? In my listing I said I accepted returns within 14 days and the buyer would cover the costs.
In the process it says that eBay can close the return and not have to refund if it wasn't sent before June 2 and today is June 3.
