Customs clearance
I bought two makeup items in Korea for 70 euros, VAT included and free shipping. Customs gets in touch to process the shipment via Correos, asking for the invoice and ID. And asking me to pay 67 euros for customs procedures. Where does Ebay explain that this has to be paid? I feel ripped off.

Hello,
Thank you for your message. Any possible import costs are the responsibility of each buyer, and we would not have direct control, as this can vary depending on each country's Customs office.
What we suggest for the future as a buyer, if you are interested in an item shipped from the United Kingdom or a country outside the European Union, is that you carefully read this guide where you will find useful information about international purchases.
Likewise, we would recommend that you do not refuse that payment, as that could cause that if you later open a claim, we may not be able to help you, since in cases where a buyer refuses the payment at customs, we would not be able to hold the seller responsible, or help you with a refund if the package is not delivered to the buyer for that reason. Also remember that if it is duplicate VAT, you can provide the proof on this page
