I made a purchase to the United Kingdom and the shipping is through Royal Mail, they gave me a British tracking number, will that number change to Correos Spain when it is within Spanish territory, or when the Spanish postal service takes over?

What you say is correct. In fact, as you explained, if you make a purchase from a seller in the United Kingdom, and the seller ships through the global shipping program, two tracking numbers will be generated, one up to the international shipping center, and once it arrives in our country, a new one will be generated corresponding to the company responsible for delivering it to your address.
We would like to reassure you, as your purchase is covered by the Customer Guarantee Program, in the rare case that you do not receive it within the estimated delivery date indicated in the order details.
We recommend that you check both the estimated delivery date of your order, and remember that you may receive protection if you open a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date indicated in the order details.
