Was a comparison I made returned to the seller as a recovery if the seller doesn't respond?
I made a purchase, the last-mile delivery person did not make the delivery and the order has been marked as returned since March 30 and the seller never responded again. I don't see any channels to resolve this case, the claim was filed with Ebay and it was closed without a response that would favor me. How do I get help, how do I get my money back or the product? Does the money simply get lost if they don't find an address?
