Users who commit bid fraud
There are users who every year bid heavily against certain users, and make a large number of withdrawals of those bids. I'm talking about at least people with more than 60 bid withdrawals in 30 days.
And 6% of 1000 bids to a specific seller.
It's a way to try to pay lower fees to Ebay and to inflate auction prices and make sure you don't lose the item if the price ends up too cheap.
Does ebay do nothing on its own with these sellers, whom it sometimes labels as excellent sellers?
