Rate negatively the buyer who doesn't pay.
Hi, could someone tell me how to leave a negative rating for the usual person who buys an item from you and then doesn't pay? In two months I've already had three items paid for and not collected; I can't find how to leave negative reviews for this type of buyer. Thanks.

Sellers do not have the option to leave negative feedback for buyers, but if a similar situation happens to you in the future, keep in mind that when you cancel a transaction for that reason, an unpaid item case will be recorded on their account. In addition, the final value fee will be refunded to your account and you will be able to relist the item in question.
