Hello, I need information, advice, and help in case the seller doesn't cooperate.I bought an item from a seller; on Saturday the 3rd they marked it as SHIPPED, and it turns out they didn't send it. It seems to be a strategy to make sure they get a sale. Today they write to me and have the cheek to tell me that they've lost the item, that they were going to send it to me today and that they don't have it, and that if I agree to buy another similar one from them they will give me "a gift" in return, but at no point do they have another similar product; the other one they were selling was completely different from the one I bought. I can't contact eBay to ask, I'm still waiting for the seller's response, who I think has scammed me, and I ask for help and advice with this public message please.In case the seller doesn't refund my money... what do I do? Apparently it says the package will arrive in April, but it will never arrive because it was never sent...
