Seller scammed me
I bought a phone and the seller sent a fake tracking number and it was marked as delivered in a state where I am not and I don’t know what to do he stole $800 from me it was marked as shipped and he changed the tracking more than 1 time and in the end what he did was put any tracking number that was marked as delivered what should I do now it says delivered but it’s not my address because the last delivery was in california and I’m in sarasota
