Seller excuse me for using the watch and returning it
The seller accuses me of using the watch and returning it; if he hasn't seen it, I still have it. How can you make all this up out of nowhere. The watch is intact, spotless in its box, completely new, I didn't even wear it once, because it's awful. What a lack of manners, accusing someone like this. Secondhand embarrassment.

Hello,
We’re sorry to read what you’re saying.
If you have opened a return request, and it is a request because the item received was different from what was described, the seller will have to cover the return costs. If they do not do so, make sure to select the option 'Ask eBay for help' within the request, once 3 business days have passed.
