seller doesn't answer
Summary: A participant expresses concern because a seller is not responding to their messages.
I bought a special edition PS2 but the seller doesn’t answer very often. I’ve literally been waiting 2 days. The problem is that it’s an international shipment and he or she didn’t give me any tracking info, they only told me the item had been shipped. I have a delivery window from May 20 to 27, but nothing, not even a tracking number, and it was shipped with eBay Speedpak. Anyway, I paid with eBay and PayPal so I’m covered, but it’s frustrating because the seller has good ratings, 1000 good comments and 10 bad ones, but it looks like I’m going to be the 11th bad one.
