Seller doesn't respond
Hello. In January I made a purchase, for which the money was taken from my account but the seller is not even sending it, I have been sending them messages and they are not replying. What could I do?

The eBay Customer Guarantee, offers protection if a buyer does not receive an order, as long as you open an item not received claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date shown in the order details.
