seller cannot set Mondial Relay as shipping
Hello. I want to buy one lot for €15 (shipping 18.35) and another for 10 (shipping 16.60) from a seller. I ask him if he can send it with Inpost and he says yes, that it's 8€. I click add to cart for both lots and the shipping shows up as 34.95 euros. Then I click on 'request total' and I get a message saying that the seller does not allow discounts on combined shipping. I tell the seller what I should do. And he tells me to click buy and then he'll refund my money. I tell him no way, that I prefer to pay the exact amount. And he tells me that 'it's complicated with Ebay, that's the problem. If I could, I can't put the global relay. There are no boxes for that. I often have the problem with Belgium.'
I don't understand anything, can't he modify the shipping manually? Can't he find a solution? It's like he's blaming Ebay

Hello,
Please keep in mind that the shipping costs for each item are specified by each seller, as eBay is an online marketplace, which means that sellers are the ones who ship the items.
We recommend that you read this guide carefully where you'll find all the information you need to save with combined shipping.
Many sellers specify in each listing how to take advantage of combined shipping when buying multiple items. This means that if the seller specifies in the listing (in the Shipping and Payments section) the shipping costs for multiple items, you'll simply need to add the items to the cart and you'll see the combined shipping total cost shown to you on the checkout page.
If these costs for the sale of multiple items are not specified in the listing, our advice would be to always contact the seller before proceeding with payment, to allow the seller to send you a combined invoice with the updated shipping costs.
