Seller who raises the bids on their products
Hi,
There’s a seller that every time I bid on something of theirs, I’m outbid shortly after. When I check who does it, I always find a user with zero votes and 100% of their bids are with that seller. Is this something that can be reported to eBay? If so, how should I proceed?

Thank you for your report. Shill bidding consists of bidding on an item with the aim of artificially increasing the item's price or interest in it, or improving its position in search results.
