Seller no longer responds to messages
I bought an iPhone 13 Pro, but what he sent me was an iPhone XR put together to look like a 13. I asked for a refund and he accepted it, but he gave me a deadline and it’s hard for me to send it within that time because, although it’s true they sent it to me to a domestic address within the U.S. and from there I brought it with a traveler, now I don’t know how to return it because I’d have to send it by courier to the U.S. and I’d spend more money than I already spent. So I’m trying to reach an agreement with the seller, but he no longer პასუხes me. I don’t want the deadline to arrive and then not be able to send it or get my money back

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear that the item you received is not what you expected. We definitely want to know who the seller was, and we ask that you send us a report here:
Report a problem with the seller
When you use a forwarder and the final destination of an item is not the address you provided in the transaction, you will automatically lose our protection and we cannot step in if you open a case in our resolution center.
This is because we don't know who received the item and whether there was any damage, switch, etc. during the shipment from the seller to your destination.
If the seller cooperates with you, we suggest continuing communication with them, but we won't be able to step in because there was another shipment between the seller and you. I know this isn't the answer you were hoping for, but this is clarified in our Terms of Use.
