Unprotected sellers Ebay
I don’t know if I’m the only one being “mistreated” by Ebay, or not... Let me explain the case.
With 810 votes, ALL POSITIVE, I sell an item and the buyer is in the USA.
I get paid for the item, I proceed with the certified shipment... And after a few weeks he tells me he hasn’t received the item. The buyer files a claim as an item not received... And Ebay charges me the amount previously paid for the sale.
At the same time I file the claim with the postal service and they inform me that the item has been correctly delivered (the postal service gives me documentation about it).
Given this situation, I blocked the money return with my bank and now they are claiming that amount from me under threat of legal action or being added to a list of debtors.
Now according to Ebay, I would have to end up without the item and without the money from the sale.
That’s as far as I’m not willing to go and I’ll go as far as I can... But they won’t be taking the money, and I’ve already handed it over to the lawyer. It’s a ridiculous 138 euros, but I understand that’s what they have insurance for, thanks to so many and so many commissions they charge us, right?
Helplessness, total.
For now, at least, they won’t have me as a seller. They lose more than they gain with this action.
I imagine there are more people in my situation.
Let’s see how far I get..
Best regards
Miguel
