sale of item
Hello: I want to put an item up for sale through the eBay app, but when I go to enter the price, it only lets me choose auction and I want to list it as Buy It Now. Am I doing something wrong? Do I have some option disabled? Thanks.

Hello @cpv500,
Thanks for your message. I replied to you in another thread, but I’m pasting the response here too.
Selling with Buy It Now! is the easiest way to set a price for an item on eBay and allows buyers to purchase it right away. You can use the Buy It Now! option in two different situations, and I explain them below.
Buy It Now! in Fixed Price listings
With a fixed-price Buy It Now! listing, a buyer knows the exact price they have to pay for the item and can buy it immediately. In fixed-price listings there are no bids.
Fixed Price listings are set by default to the Good 'Til Cancelled duration, which means your item will relist every month on eBay until it sells or you decide to end it.
Buy It Now! in Auction listings
When you add the Buy It Now! option to Auction listings, buyers can immediately buy the item at the Buy It Now! price or bid on it. In most categories, the Buy It Now! price must be at least 30% higher than the auction item price.
The Buy It Now! option is available until the first bid is received.
Set the Buy It Now! price
To set the Buy It Now! price with the quick listing tool, enter it in the Choose a format and a price section. If you use the advanced listing tool, you can specify the price in the Price section.
I hope this information is useful.
Best regards
Cinthia
