Hello, in December I make a sale to a buyer in Mexico. The package does not arrive on the approximate dates shown by Ebay and the buyer requests a refund on February 10 that Ebay processes immediately.I appeal the decision by sending the 2 claims I have with Correos Spain and Mexico since January and asking them to keep the money withheld until I have a response from Correos, since that is the only way not to lose the money and the package. Also, Correos asks me for a signed document from the buyer saying that the package has not arrived, but he does not want to send it to me. Despite everything, Ebay ignores me and returns the money to the buyer, charging me an abusive fee for something I have not sold and for which I have not received any money. On February 22 the buyer receives the package and now thanks to Ebay he has the money and the sold item for free. I have contacted him several times but he has not replied and is not going to.I have contacted Ebay to inform them of the situation and for them to take responsibility, and they have sent me an email saying that they are not going to do anything. I think it is an absolute disgrace that, knowing that a buyer has committed a theft, they cannot report him and are not going to do absolutely anything. It is clear that the only thing they care about is collecting their commission.
