negative vote for a seller
hi, it's about a negative vote that I gave to a seller because it hadn't arrived, and it doesn't clearly explain how to change the vote from negative to positive, it still appears in my votes profile and I want to change it, but as I said it won't let me do it, and I need urgent help, so I'm writing this to see if someone knows how to do it safely, and so this doesn't happen to me again if anyone knows please tell me how I can do it, thanks

Once you leave a vote for a seller, you can no longer change it, whether positive or negative. The only way to fix it is to ask the seller to send you a vote revision request, but without this request, which only the seller can send you, the vote cannot be changed.
In this link you can see how the seller can send you that request (You can send the link to the seller so they know how to send it to you). And in this other link, you can see how to revise the vote once you receive the seller's request.
