I ASK THE COMMUNITY IF THIS
I ASK THE COMMUNITY WHETHER IT AGREES THAT WHEN FILTERS ARE USED TO INDICATE THAT THE SEARCH SHOULD REFER TO THE EUROPEAN UNION OR CONTINENTAL EUROPE, EBAY SHOULD CLOG IT UP WITH INFORMATION FROM THE USA AND ENGLAND?

OP1 year agoI’m not asking for anything that Ebay isn’t obligated to comply with. There’s nothing to consult about; either Ebay fulfills its own commitments or it drops them, which is what it’s actually doing

Hello @isblan,
Thank you for your message. We understand the situation you described about the search filters on eBay, which seem to be providing information from the U.S. and England when you are trying to search specifically for items from the European Union or continental Europe. We really value your honesty in sharing this experience.
I want to assure you that we are going to take your comment to the Service Design team so they can review it. We sincerely appreciate you telling us this, as it helps us continuously improve the user experience on our platform.
If you have more details or suggestions on how we can improve, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. Thank you for your cooperation!
I hope this information is helpful. Thank you for your attention and for being part of our community.
Best regards
Cinthia

OP1 year ago1- I'm not asking for anything that Ebay itself has set. It has created filters to search only in the European Union and in Continental Europe. MAKE IT HAPPEN¡ or remove the filter. To comply with this, there's no need to ask anyone; it's just a matter of consistency.
2- As for the speakers, I've already said many times that the seller is not responding to my request for a full receipt. You yourselves told me that you were taking charge of my claim, but that was a long time ago and you haven't said anything. This whole thing smells very bad; it's happened to me before with you, you support the sellers and if necessary you leave the buyers high and dry. At this point I don't care, let the seller keep the speakers wherever they fit
