Since July 26 I've been waiting for an item

On July 26 I bought it, the eBay ecommerce label, even though my address was correct, they processed it by mistake. Apparently they say they tried two deliveries, which is a lie because I was at my home. I asked eBay for help and when they marked the book as delivered, I said I don't have that book and the seller doesn't know it either, apparently because they sent it to the eBay hub for shipping. The book seems to be in some kind of limbo and I can't recover either the book or the money, since PayPal is linked to eBay and they closed two disputes. And I insist, I don't have the book, so as for the seller, they don't seem like a problematic seller. What I don't understand is that on their page I think they have the same book. I ask them and I don't get anything clear; they say they don't know anything either. As of today I still have neither the book nor the money. If you see this, ladies and gentlemen at eBay, please take action on the matter. Can you help me?
