Good morning, the other day I bid on some items from a seller from whom I buy a lot of things. The thing is, I won 9 bids and, to my surprise, when I went to bid on a tenth item, it wouldn't let me and a screen popped up that literally says this
"Your account is restricted due to repeated cases of unpaid items. You can still buy with the Buy It Now option! To keep buying without additional restrictions, make sure you complete payment for your orders.
I don't have any pending payment or any claim. Just in case, I paid for the 9 items I had just bought in case that was the reason, but nothing, it still says the same thing and won't let me bid. I spoke with the seller and he told me that he didn't have me restricted. Does anyone know how I can solve the problem?
