They're a bunch of crooks, I won't buy or sell here anymore, there's no customer service at all, I hope nobody buys here, seller left unprotected, shameful fees, I sent two products worth €1500 and they arrive damaged and the buyer keeps the money and the item and they ask me for the money without having the item
They are scammers, the items they advertise under their umbrella and take a commission on do not match what was advertised, they tell you that they can be returned in my case until April 11 with no cost, but now they say they will put me in contact with the seller because they don't want to know anything about it, some thieves and telephone customer service, some crooks, they hang up on you and don't give you any solutions, so you have to sort it out with the seller.
