the seller sent me a fake tracking update and they didn’t refund my money
I made a purchase and the seller gave me a tracking number that was delivered to someone else in another place. I called the post office and they confirmed that the package wasn't mine. I filed a claim and they closed the case in the seller's favor. Between eBay and the seller, they took more than 350 dollars from me. Terrible

I've been scammed by a seller and they defend him. the seller kept my money and the product.

·1 year agoThe same thing happened to me, the seller put a fake tracking number and kept telling me to be patient and please not to file a claim. eBay says that since 1 day has passed since the guarantee, I can get screwed.
the seller has my money and the product, since they put a fake empty address so it would be returned to them.

·6 months agoThe exact same thing happened to me, and I can’t get Ebay to help me, and they keep saying the case is closed. At Fedex offices they tell me the tracking number corresponds to a local shipment from Bs As to Córdoba, nothing to do with my international one. ebay won’t take responsibility and is therefore complicit in this scam
