Unsealed iPhone 15 Pro Max
Hello, I want to give you a heads-up that this seller guaranteed me the iPhone was sealed and unopened, but it arrived unsealed and tampered with. It’s for a gift, 1140 euros, and after that he won’t accept the return, he’s playing dumb. I’ve opened a claim through PayPal and this has never happened to me. Do I have any chance of getting anything? Thanks everyone

·2 years agoCan you send me the seller's nickname? I don't know if you're referring to the one who sold me an Asus Z13 laptop, but if so I didn't get my money back. With such a high amount, both eBay and PayPal wash their hands of it...

OP2 years agoI just don't understand why a scammer can't be named in this community. Should I attach the complaint I filed against him? Who would waste their time writing here badly about a seller if they hadn't had a problem?
Scammers need their reputation blown up so their scams stop.

OP2 years agoI want to report my case even though it may not be getting much attention; maybe it will help someone. This Italian seller has already received the used phone he sold me as new and sealed, and he keeps playing the victim; he has been quiet all this time, I guess he thought his scam was very safe, and now, having received the return, he attacks again with lies. I know many sellers are also in this community. I want to tell you that sellers and buyers should demand that eBay have a better filter to stop this kind of malicious people from doing these things. If I do not get my money back, my complaint will include eBay because I think hosting sellers like this is also their responsibility. My situation right now is NO MONEY, NO PRODUCT, AND -31 EUROS THAT IT COST ME TO SHIP THE PHONE TO THIS SHAMELESS GUY. And the guy keeps lying through the chat. I have already reported him. How far can people be out of their minds? My last hope is the tedious open dispute in PayPal, a very long process.
