I didn't receive an item in the package
Good afternoon, I bought three dresses in the same order, the order was held in customs and I had to pay half the price in taxes, so I got upset with the seller, to whom I made the claim and in response he blocked me, today I was able to pick up the order and instead of three dresses two have arrived, but since I cannot contact the seller because he has blocked me, I don't know what to do, ebay doesn't reply to me because it says the order still hasn't arrived, but I picked it up today.
