Account suspension
I need help. Some time ago I got a refund request because the package hadn’t arrived (the buyer was absent). Since they sometimes make more than one delivery attempt, I waited, and then I replied telling them that for the moment the package appeared as "at the post office waiting to be collected". Anyway, the next day when it showed as being returned to the sender, my account had already been blocked and they were asking for proof that I had sent the packages. I send all shipments through packlink ebay, and there hasn’t been any case of not received except the ones where the buyer was absent, and in all of them I refunded the money except in this one, because the tracking hadn’t been updated yet. After sorting everything out they asked me for ID, financial information and everything. And now I’ve received an email telling me that I’m suspended indefinitely for fraud, I don’t understand anything, please help me.

OP2 years agoI'm already starting the paperwork, so it doesn't really matter that much anyway, but it's in case by any chance I get some extra information. It seems they take pretty good advantage of the fact that, although they're regulated, it's not widely known information, and they can't just do whatever they want and then send "copy/paste".

·2 years agoAfter you've done the paperwork/police report, send a copy to:
lawenforcement@ebay.com
https://pages.ebay.es/Seguridad-en-eBay/index.html
Some people, just with a "copy/paste" like ebay does, have managed to get justice, although they say they only reply to law enforcement and that user inquiries aren't answered.😎
In some cases the problem has been solved almost like by a miracle, without any response from ebay.😎
Sometimes copy/paste works the other way around too.
The sword that cuts everything doesn't cut you when you become the sword.
I hope I was helpful.

·2 years agoHello:
I saw that you’ve opened a new thread in Community Mentors Help.
There, only eBay employees can reply, or in other cases, which are really very rare, it’s allowed only for carefully selected users by eBay.
So the chances of you getting advice, to act against eBay, are zero.
Regards.

·2 years agoThey really are the worst.
A buyer complained because he had had to go pick up the packages at the store where the shipping company left them, and the Mentor in question suggests that there may be a case for item not received.
And, of course, she gives him the huge copy/paste she always does.
These Irish people don't understand the language they provide support in.

You have to ask your question in "Community Mentors Help", "User Help"
which is the only one staffed by eBay employees.

·2 years agoHow weird, I’d swear he followed your suggestion, I think I read his message in the subforum.
Maybe mine was just a mirage, now nothing shows up.🤔

·2 years agoOkay, then I can be calm knowing that everything is okay in my head, sometimes you can see one thing instead of another, like writing something that is the exact opposite of what you think.
