I probably won’t buy from them again.
In any case, if their policies are against the customer, I won’t buy from them and I’ll also spread this reality on the internet based on my ongoing experience with them.
And I’ll also share the experiences of other customers in a situation similar or the same as mine.
I think there should be solidarity among buyers, just as I see that sellers are also defended here against unscrupulous buyers.
These days it’s hard for us. These online platforms control the market through their financial power, but I also believe that a consistent protest against the abuse I’m being subjected to will have results.
