I don’t know much about stamps, but I can assure you there are quite a few sellers of gold, silver and jewelry who also try to pull a fast one.
I think Ebay can’t stop a small percentage of scammers from taking advantage of people’s good faith; there are rotten apples everywhere. But what Ebay should do is properly look into the reports we victims of these scams file and accept its share of responsibility in the scam. Ebay washes its hands of it far too often.
