Curiosity after a few years.
Nine years later I notice that in the Mentors Forum only one eBay employee replies.
However, they leave quite a few messages unanswered; I don't understand how hard it is to reply to everyone, most of the time they respond only with a copy/paste.

Hello @redoxoniano,
Thanks for your comment. It’s true what you mention, that this is a Mentors Forum, whose members were selected by eBay at the time and still have access to this forum, where they can answer your questions and those of other users in our community.
We have decided that, in order to resolve your doubts, we (eBay employees) would start replying so that we can help you; otherwise, it is likely that you won’t receive a response, so most of the questions have our reply, but our Mentors still have access to this forum and will be able to answer our users’ questions.
I hope this information clears up your doubt, and it is a pleasure to read your comments and point of view.
Sending you a greeting
Cinthia

OP3 years agoThanks for replying.
Anyway, eBay should rethink why the Mentors disappeared, who were supposedly selected and committed people.
It makes no sense to keep certain restrictions when there are no Mentors available and, on top of that, call the forum "Help between users," when that isn't true; 99% of users can't help.
I remember that one of the conditions to be a Mentor was to regularly attend the forum and answer users' questions.
What's more, eBay should also ask itself why all the contributors who frequently attended the forums have also disappeared and, besides that, no new users are showing up there either.

·3 years agoHi Cinthia, in the mentors subforum there’s a user who doesn’t know how to switch from a business account to a personal account.
I’d like to know why eBay allows you so easily to declare yourself a business, without documents or cross-checks, but doesn’t allow you to go back.
Is there a logic to it?
Best regards.

·3 years agoIt looks like the only thing it answered was the same Marco from Laura Pausini's song 😀😀
Marco has left to never come back
The morning train now arrives without him……
Now the morning train arrives with Cinthia.😎
With the change, it seems to me that the situation has improved, slightly.... her responses are more articulate and inherent to the questions.
