This is neither the first nor the fifth time that DH L España has failed to deliver a package to my home, claiming that the recipient was absent or that the address was poorly displayed.
On their website, it is impossible to get in touch to present the case and demand that they fulfill what was contracted.

·9 months agoWhat you need to use is Sherpa. Sherpa is super efficient and you have a ton of traceability. It's like blablacar but for things. I've used it a couple of times and really good vibes tbh.

·9 months agoAlthough it may not be the best and they don't work well, and they're not my cup of tea either, many of you will appreciate having physical logistics companies because if there's any mistake, you can go pick it up. Here they use other companies like Paack and Hispapost that you'd wish you'd never hear of, and with these you really can't do anything since they don't have physical logistics locations. DHL works well in some areas and terribly in others, like where I live. Regards
