Incorrect buyer address and not responding to messages

Good morning
A buyer made a purchase from me at the end of February, knowing that I wouldn’t send it until the end of April, just as I specified in the listing and as has been done.
Before sending it, I messaged him asking for a phone number or email so I could pass it on to the shipping company, but he didn’t reply to the message... in the end I decided to send it without this info.
The shipment was going from Spain to Hungary.
Yesterday I got a message from the shipping company letting me know that the address was incorrect and that I should provide a new one.
I wrote to the buyer again and still haven’t received a response...
Has anyone been through a similar situation?
After more than 1000 sales, nothing like this had ever happened to me.
