Economy shipping a Argentina
Hi, I'm from Argentina. I made a small purchase with free shipping and I can't see the tracking code, so I can't notify it. Will customs give me a notice when it arrives in the country? Do I have to pay a fine? And if I cancel the purchase once it's on its way, will eBay refund me all the money?
