Good afternoonThe buyer tells me that he hasn't received the package because I wrote the delivery address wrong. The label to put on the package was generated automatically with the system that eBay has, using the data the user has in their profile. I sent him a screenshot of the label and the mailing receipt where the address appears, but he keeps saying that he hasn't received the package (when the postal tracking says it was delivered).What can I do?
