Shipment is not updating
Hi, hello! I bought an electronic item on November 15 from the USA to Mexico and it got assigned to Skypostal, but it hasn't moved since the 25th, it only says Arrived at Skypostal Facility and the latest delivery date is December 11. I contacted the seller but they only told me that eBay has to look into it, and I also emailed the shipping company and they told me they didn't have the package. What am I supposed to do? Is the package lost?
