International eBay purchase tracking doesn't update
On November 20, I made an international purchase from the United Kingdom to Mexico. They sent me my tracking number and the delivery date is scheduled for today, November 29. Since the date of purchase, I have been tracking it, but Ebay does not update the status. I already checked Royal Mail's UK website, it doesn't give me any information and tells me to check again the following day. I also contacted the seller but they tell me that they have already sent the item and that I should check through Ebay. How else can I know if the item is in transit to make sure it gets delivered to me?
