Hi, I haven’t received the order and under more actions I don’t get the option “item not received,” so I can use EBAY and file the dispute and get my money back. The seller does reply to me but they don’t deliver it to me and they don’t tell us which shipping company in Spain has it because some information is wrong, and it’s strange because the details the seller provided are all correct (they include all my details plus my contact number)... And I don’t know how to solve it
