I don't know anything about my order placed on December 26.
I made an order to Germany through ebai on December 26 with shipping by DHL, which told me that it was in Germany in a depot for pickup. I didn’t understand anything, and besides, everything was written in German.
On January 16, 2025, I checked the tracking again and they tell me it’s in Málaga. (I live 65 m s from Málaga)
I call DHL customer service and they tell me that for deliveries I have to call a paid 806 number and that it is the only available number. Since I wanted to receive my order, I call them and after 30 minutes on hold trying to find out what was going on the line cuts off, I call again to file a complaint and find out the whereabouts of my purchase and they told me that within 24 and 72 h they will contact me and that the complaint had been requested. I haven’t heard anything until today and when I look at my phone bill I find a charge of 74,21€. It all seems like a nightmare to me and I doubt that the charge is legal. Can someone tell me what I can do to defend myself against these immoral people at DHL?
