Order delivered but not received
Hello,
I placed an order on eBay and the shipping company PAACK says the order has been delivered, but I haven't received anything. I mentioned it to the seller but they say it's eBay's responsibility and I have no way to contact eBay. I've also contacted the shipping company and they say they are looking into the case. Can someone tell me how to contact eBay to explain my case?

·1 month agoIf you add eBay's lack of communication to the SEUR distribution disaster, you get the worst experience possible. In my case, I have had two undelivered deliveries and the latest is still pending resolution since July 28...

·9 months agoHere’s another one with the same situation, a terrible logistics company with no pickup center in the communities, hard to contact and irresponsible with deliveries because it never shows up. I’m starting to believe their job is to steal packages, because it’s not normal to see all the complaints I read on that company’s forum and for eBay not to put it on the blacklist and take legal action. There are thousands of us affected by this company. If eBay doesn’t wake up, many people will think twice about buying on the website.

·1 year agoHello, on the Help page, although a little hidden, there is a button to contact Ebay and, by clicking there, the option appears for an Ebay agent to call you on your phone. I hope your problem gets solved. Best regards.

·9 months agoThe problem is eBay's for working with that awful company, simply because paack doesn't deliver packages in the vast majority of cases and they also don't call your mobile if they have any issue with the address, they're useless or lazy, nothing more. They're not going to solve anything for you, just the refund or, if it reaches the global shipping hub without arriving... resend it with another company.
