(Reuploaded) I received an extra package after one got lost, but it had actually arrived
Hello, I was hoping you could help me.
I made a purchase and the problem is that I had filed a claim that my package was lost because of USPS and the seller sent me a replacement.
The thing is, I received the first one I had reported as lost (since the tracker wasn't updating or giving any updates) then I realized that the second one, which was the replacement, was sent even after closing the request I had made.
I would like to know what I can do, since I'm worried that they’ll mark it as theft or even file a report against me for something that was not under my control.
I hope to hear from you as soon as possible please, I'm extremely worried and nervous since I'm new to eBay
