a shipment marked as delivered to the authorized recipient
On July 26 I bought an item on eBay, I made the payment and up to this point everything was fine. During the month of August they tried to deliver it to me twice while I was at home and, since it was an international shipment from the US e-commerce, sent by DHL, after five days they sent it back to the sender again, claiming the address was incorrect. My address was written correctly, but in the e-commerce the label was generated incorrectly and they added the door number of my home. I opened two disputes and eBay, after checking that the item had been delivered to me, which is not the case, has closed both disputes. I can't get a refund even though I'm still within the stipulated time; eBay protection covers me. The seller says they haven't received the book. Today I went out of my way to go to the post office in my neighborhood, I'm from Spain, and they tell me that the item is in Germany and was delivered to the seller on 21-8-26. That seller has sworn to me that they don't have said item, that they sent it to the eBay HUB and from there they do all the steps until the item reaches the person's home. That hasn't been the case. I can't contact eBay to ask for help, nor PayPal. My item is in a kind of limbo since July 27. Nobody gives me a solution. I don't know if it will go back to the eBay hub and from there they'll send it to me again, since I have my address correctly, email, etc. I've never had any problems when asking for help. eBay redirects me to a kind of dispute loop without being able to do anything. The time to recover my money is running out now. I ask myself, who will send me the book if they locate it, eBay or the seller? He says there is nothing he can do for now.
Has anything like this happened to anyone else and can they give me a coherent solution about it?
