I still haven't received my item, I've been scammed.
On July 3, I made the purchase of the item, but to this day I have not received it. After several days of waiting, I contacted the seller requesting that the product be resent. The seller told me that, in order to proceed with a new shipment, I had to close the transaction case, assuring me that the item would be sent without problems. Trusting his word, I agreed to close the case. However, as of September 15, I still have no news of the item or of the supposed reshipment.
This situation has led me to conclude that I was the victim of a scam, because by closing the case, the seller has avoided taking any responsibility. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service, as the experience has been highly disappointing and shows a complete lack of professionalism and commitment.

·1 year agoIt's an old seller trick that eBay doesn't punish; they know that if you close a case you can't reopen it, because that means everything was resolved.
You also can't report the seller; you're not allowed to put their name.
If you look at your seller's feedback, you'll see that they usually use that scam.
"It never arrived, I opened a dispute and the seller told me that in order to send another one I had to close it first, so I did trusting his word, but he has not kept his promise. SCAMMER"
This is a comment from one of their buyers.

Another way to trick a buyer.,the shipping costs more than the wet wipe that was inside the envelope .secondhand embarrassment .
The package arrived empty
I was expecting the tempered glass and they sent me wipes, AWFUL
