I bought an item for Q390 dollars and the seller tells me that he already sold that item
I made the payment for Q390 dollars and the seller canceled the purchase because he had already sold the item outside of ebay. Now he tells me to wait 15 days for my deposit to reach his account and be able to make the refund. Does this work like that or is he scamming me
