VAT charged twice again
I’ve just received a package for which I had to pay 15.05 eur as VAT, which had already been charged to me by ebay. In fact, the purchase information clearly stated that everything was included and that there was nothing else to pay. I want to know how I should claim the refund of these 15.05 eur from ebay.
