hello, good afternoon, is it normal that even though you paid by card and they charged you in full for the money for the products that were ordered, TWO DAYS later they charge you the same amount again and it appears that you have paid twice?? I should point out that I had no problem with the first payment, but the second seems like a mistake to me and I would like the money from the second payment to be refunded, since I already paid for the products at the same moment I ordered them. UPDATE: I have tried to contact ebay by phone but they said they were closed (I should point out that I called at 16:30 and it said their customer service hours were from 09.00 to 20.00, Mon to Sun). Very upset about this double charge AND I HOPE THEY REFUND IT TO ME.

the exact same thing just happened to me as happened to you, they charged me the full amount when I made the payment and two days later they charged it to me again in different payments.
How did you solve it?
Does anyone know eBay customer service number?
I want a refund for the second payment.
